Rasmus Steen-Gørup

Rasmus RAZ Steen-Gørup is a well-known beauty expert in Denmark, having appeared regularly on TV2 as a beauty expert on programs such as Go'Morgen Danmark and in Frihuset. He is a prolific writer of beauty articles for Danish publications, with a focus on utilizing nature's healing and beauty-enhancing properties.

Over the past decade, Rasmus has spearheaded the development of a wellness series featuring natural, and in some cases, organic and Fair Trade products. The production takes place in Denmark, drawing on knowledge dating back to the Viking era, modern expertise, and Rasmus's extensive familiarity with Nordic plants and herbs along with their effects.

RAZspa, Rasmus's brand, caters to discerning consumers with luxurious textures, divine subtle Nordic scents, and notably impressive effects. The design ethos is characterized by clean and Nordic aesthetics.

Driven by a strong sense of social responsibility, RAZspa engages in ethical practices such as sourcing clay for products from a Fair Trade cooperative in Marrakech, employing women and providing them with a mill bought by Rasmus in 2008. Additionally, gift boxes are assembled by young men with Down syndrome, scented candles are produced by a project benefiting troubled girls in Lolland, and product labels are affixed by a program involving non-violent inmates in Danish prisons.

RAZspa products are retailed at the exclusive RAZspa store in Torvehallerne, Copenhagen, as well as two fashion outlets in London and a new lifestyle store in Beijing. Collaborating with Forlaget Muusmann, Rasmus is currently working on a 600-page almanac titled 'Sund og Skøn med den Nordiske Natur' (Healthy and Beautiful with the Nordic Nature).

A forthcoming 400 m2 spa and wellness project in Frederiksberg has selected RAZspa as their beauty partner, further solidifying Rasmus's position in the beauty and wellness industry.
