    Rashaun Williams is an accomplished American financier, technology investor, and adjunct professor with a rich history of over 150 investments and more than 40 successful exits in various companies.

    Throughout his career, Mr. Williams has held executive positions at reputable firms like Heliogen, a prominent climate technology company, where he played a vital role in its rapid growth.

    As a co-founder of Queensbridge Venture Partners, a notable venture capital fund, he made early investments in well-known companies like Robinhood, Coinbase, Casper, Ring, PillPack, Lyft, and Dropbox.

    With a career spanning two decades, he has been pivotal in channeling investments into emerging and diverse markets, leveraging his experience from Wall Street giants such as Goldman Sachs, Wachovia Securities, and Deutsche Bank.

    In 2007, he ventured into private equity by founding Dixsville Partners, focused on investing in infrastructure development and mineral companies in West Africa, further diversifying his investment portfolio.

    Beyond his financial accomplishments, Mr. Williams is deeply committed to promoting financial literacy and entrepreneurship. In 2001, he established the Kemet Institute, a non-profit organization offering free financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and life skills classes to underserved communities and schools.

    Recognized for his leadership and expertise, he was appointed to the Board of Trustees for Fisk University in 2015, contributing to the strategic direction of the institution.

    Mr. Williams is a distinguished member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc. and a graduate with highest honors from Morehouse College, where he pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
