Rashann Duvall

Rashann Duvall is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in the telecommunications and regulatory industries. He holds a degree in History from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, as well as having studied at Colonie Central. He has worked in various roles throughout his career, including as Assistant General Counsel at the Universal Service Administrative Company and Verizon, where he focused on Federal Regulatory law. Duvall has also worked as a Litigation Associate at Ross, Dixon & Bell, LLP and Arnold and Porter, and he has served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Damon J. Keith at the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. His expertise includes regulatory compliance, litigation, and federal telecommunications law. Currently, Duvall is working as an Attorney Advisor at the Federal Communications Commission.
