Before that, he spent nearly four years at BMO Financial Group, contributing to the strategic direction of the bank's US operations and enhancing community engagement.

    With a background as a consultant at Monitor Group (now Deloitte Consulting LLP), Rashaad managed diverse projects addressing clients' critical issues across industries like telecommunications and hospitality. His experience includes launching the firm's inaugural office in Saudi Arabia.

    Besides his professional endeavors, Rashaad is a dedicated family man, an adventurous traveler, an avid reader, and a recreational runner. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
