Dr. Raquel Carvalho is an accomplished legal scholar and educator, holding a PhD in Law and Political Sciences from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP) and a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Coimbra.
She is an Associate Professor and researcher, affiliated with CEID - Catolica Research Centre for the Future of Law, with a specialization in Administrative Law, particularly focusing on Public Procurement Law, Administrative Contracts, Urban, and Environmental Law.
As an integral member of various prestigious organizations such as ANESC Portuguese Section, European Law Institute, and RED - Iberoamericana de Contratación Pública, Dr. Carvalho has contributed significantly to the field of law.
