Raphael Maccagnan is a Partner at EY, specializing in value creation and catering to key clients in various industries.

With 7 years of experience as a management consultant, Raphael has worked across finance, utilities, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and railway sectors in Europe, Southeast Asia, and Northern America.

During his tenure at McKinsey & Company in Zurich and SBB, the Swiss railway company, as well as during his time as a freelancer, Raphael provided strategic consulting services to leading multinational companies in the pharmaceutical, energy, building materials, and chemical sectors.

Raphael has expertise in Service Operations, developing Target Operating models for Finance and HR functions, Lean Management, and has been part of leadership teams for 'Business Support Functions' and 'Lean Management in Automotive' at McKinsey.

He collaborates closely with clients to deliver personalized solutions that drive real-world impact, especially in Lean Management transformations.

Raphael recently designed the low-tenure capability and learning program at SBB Consulting.

He holds a Master's of Science in Physics from the University of Constance, Germany, and an MBA with a focus on Finance from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and is proficient in English, German, and French.
