Raphael Frsa is a data scientist with a passion for democratizing data to enhance decision-making processes.

He holds a M.Sc. in Psychological Research Methods from the University of Edinburgh, where he focused on quantitative analysis and multivariate statistics.

His professional background includes roles as a Psychologist at Soma Analytics and as a Data Scientist at Multiplex.

Raphael has extensive experience in quantitative data analysis and statistics using tools such as R, SQL, and Excel.

He is well-versed in ggplot2, ggvis, dplyr, shiny, plotly, rmarkdown, and flexdashboard, as well as in PowerBI and Workday.

With a strong foundation in user-centric roles within product development, user experience design, user analysis, and customer service, he also has client-facing experience in marketing, sales, and business development.

Originally from Germany, Raphael studied psychology in The Netherlands, Australia, and Scotland, securing a significant research grant in the Horizon2020 EU research & innovation program.

His interests lie in innovation, R&D, analytics, HR analytics, people analytics, workforce analytics, digital HR, construction, and CoNTech.

His professional journey includes stints as HR Data Analyst, Lead Psychologist, and Account Manager at various organizations such as Multiplex, Omnicom, and Experian.

Raphael also has experience in areas like internships, research assistantships, and scientific research support, showcasing his diverse skill set and versatility in the field.
