Was also the team's focal point for analyzing and monitoring the organizational climate, addressing needs and issues, serving as a bridge between the team and managers.

Selected by BUNGE-Brazil to participate in the young talent program as an intern on vacation. Developed a project with the objective of reducing costs of the administrative sector of Brazil's largest BUNGE regional unity, in Rondonópolis-MT. Defined and measured comparative performance indicators with another regional group as well as a report with proposals for improvements/criticisms to the processes and other relevant data, which were used for the action step Kaizen and replicated for others regional authorities of BUNGE.

General Coordinator of the extension project SemEP USP-UFSCar, where coordinated, representing UFSCar and next to a USP partner, a group of 40 people. Responsible for the creation of a new organizational structure, strategic planning, marketing, financial management, fundraising, personnel management, logistics and transport materials, among other activities. The project involved more than 400 direct and 5000 indirect participants and about 20 institutions/companies from all over Brazil.
