Raneem Refaat is a dedicated RPA Engineer who is passionate about enhancing human capabilities through robotics process automation (RPA) tools.

Raneem holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, where she excelled with the highest honor.

Currently, Raneem serves as a Robotics Process Automation Developer at Advansys ESC, where she contributes to humanizing technology and empowering individuals to focus on tasks requiring decision-making rather than routine processes.

With previous experience as an L2 Technical Support Specialist (Intern) at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Raneem has honed her skills in technical support and problem-solving, adding a well-rounded perspective to her role as an RPA Engineer.

Raneem's philosophy revolves around the idea that robots should aid people in their work rather than replace them, emphasizing the symbiotic relationship between technology and human potential.
