Budget responsibilities: OPEX = $40M. CAPEX = $20M.➢     Designed and implemented a reference architecture that supports production and disaster recovery data centers. This allowed for a reduction from 9 to 2 facilities, as well as lowered OPEX by $1M annually. Additionally, I was the IT representative for client support matters.Manages seven direct reports, with an indirect staff of 186. Budget responsibilities: OPEX = $80 million. CAPEX = $50 million.Selected Highlights:➢	Designed and Implemented a robust Fault Tolerant Infrastructure that supports production and disaster recovery data centers. This allowed for a reduction from 5 to 2 facilities. Both new data centers were built and production ready within a 20-week period, within scope and budget.➢	Directed the successful migration of 800 Production, Development, Test, QA and DR , Database and Infrastructure Environments to new data centers. This involved the management of over 200 people migrating 1,760 virtual machines and 980TB of data.This project was executed without any downtime or customer impact.➢	Led the effort to create automation and orchestration of storage, network and servers, reducing builds from days to less than 30 minutes➢	Implemented “Service Now” to build out IT Service Management Practice including Service Catalog, Configuration Management Database and AD integration.➢   Integrated and consolidated Catamaran call center technologies into a single environment that spanned 6 call centers, covering 2,500+ agents.
