Randy Smith is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience innovating in the consumer, mobile, web, SaaS, retail payments, payment security, retail marketing, loyalty, offers, cause marketing, Content Marketing, Card-Linked Offers, Media and Market Network Model spaces. Smith has founded and led several successful startups including Buygiv, Card1, Mobile Wallet Media, and Good2Go Restaurant Delivery. He studied business administration at Azusa Pacific University and Laguna Hills High School.

Smith is a pioneer in developing disruptive technologies aimed at tackling high interchange fees, such as MonEpass, a universal gift/loyalty/payment card and virtual currency. He is also responsible for creating the first-ever take-out food delivery service for restaurants, Good2Go, which delivered food to customers' homes and offices. Later on, he won TechCrunch Disrupt Startup Alley SF for MobilePayUSA, a universal payment/fundraiser/discount card with an app.

Aside from his business ventures, Smith is passionate about giving back to the community. His latest startup, BuyGiv, aims to disrupt the high cost of retail marketing and advertising to raise funds for good causes, while redefining marketing and enhancing sales, brand, and customer engagement for partner stores.
