Randy Siegel

Randy Siegel is a seasoned media executive with a diverse career in the media industry. He was appointed as the North American CEO of Dennis Publishing in August 2020, where he was responsible for overseeing flagship publications and digital platforms such as The Week and Kiplinger's Personal Finance in North America.12 During his tenure at Dennis, he focused on driving growth in subscription and advertising revenues, digital audiences, and EBITDA.2

Before joining Dennis, Siegel served as CEO of Advance Local, where he led a digital transformation and built a profitable business centered around quality journalism.13 His career also includes roles as CEO, President, and Publisher at Advance Publications, where he was instrumental in launching and scaling digital and data businesses.23

In March 2023, Siegel co-founded Heatmap News, a climate-focused media startup. As the Chair and President, he aims to provide high-quality climate coverage through newsletters and website articles.24 Heatmap News has been recognized for its significant impact on the climate news landscape.2
