Randy Nolden is a proficient sales engineer with a background in project management, dedicated to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in the aerospace industry, encompassing both commercial and defense sectors. He adeptly applies Data Science to address pertinent business challenges within the industry and exhibits a proactive approach to acquiring new skills.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Randy actively mentors aspiring engineers in his community, fostering growth and innovation. He is passionate about devising creative ways for individuals, including himself, to contribute positively to society. Additionally, Randy engages in diverse hobbies such as Capoeira, drone development, augmented reality, and programming.

Randy pursued his academic interests by earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also completed a Minor in International/Global Studies at Universidade de Alicante.

His professional journey includes roles such as Co-Founder at Kai Technologies Corp., Regional Sales Manager at AMETEK, Technical Sales Manager at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, and Hydraulic Territory Manager at Parker Hannifin. Randy has also contributed to various organizations and institutions, serving as an IT Lab Consultant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Intern at Milhouse Engineering & Construction, Inc., Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Hamilton Sundstrand, and Research Assistant for the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
