Randy Monkarsh is a seasoned legal professional with a wealth of experience in the media and entertainment industry. He currently serves as Senior Counsel at Time Warner Inc., a multinational media and entertainment conglomerate with various subsidiaries, including Warner Bros. Entertainment and HBO.

With over two decades of legal expertise, Monkarsh has worked on a wide range of legal matters, including corporate transactions, intellectual property, licensing, and litigation. He has a particular focus on digital media and technology, regularly advising on legal issues arising from the rapid advancements in these areas.

Prior to joining Time Warner Inc., Monkarsh was a partner at a leading New York law firm, where he advised media and entertainment clients on corporate transactions and litigation matters.
