Randy Mitchell, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the private equity and venture capital industry, currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Private Capital Development LLC (PCD), a U.S. benefit corporation. Before joining PCD, Randy represented the U.S. government as the Chief Strategist for Private Equity and Venture Capital, making him privy to valuable industry insights. Randy also previously held senior leadership positions at EMPEA, SVB CAPITAL at SVB Financial Group, and was the President of American Export Network, Inc.

At PCD, Randy facilitates brand-building meetings between General Partners (GPs) and Limited Partners (LPs), with the mission to mobilize private capital globally. His role involves personally making introductions, convening and moderating roundtables, and promoting PCD's mission. Randy has a vast and noteworthy portfolio of LP introductions, with 6,750+ one-to-one introductions made across 88 cities in six continents.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from New England College and studied management at the Venture Capital Institute.
