Randy Katz is a highly experienced business intermediary and the founder of Synesis Advisors. With a strong background in finance and investments, Randy has been providing exceptional M&A services to clients since 2011. He has consulted with hundreds of business owners on developing effective exit plans that maximize the value of their businesses. Through his client-centric model, Randy focuses on delivering personalized service that reduces complications, anxiety, and frustration associated with the M&A process. Randy is highly regarded for his attention to detail and high-touch communication, making him a go-to advisor for business owners looking for expertise in mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to becoming a business intermediary, Randy spent seven years on Wall Street as a financial analyst, where he researched and valued companies with market capitalizations ranging from $100 million to $1 billion+. His expertise extends to assessing business models, growth strategies, valuation methodologies, and other critical factors that impact a successful M&A transaction. He is a published author and a proud member of some of the most prominent industry associations such as the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the Council of Business Advisors, and ProVisors.

When Randy is not working, he indulges in his love for running and has completed over fifteen races. As a former All-American wrestler, Randy can be found travelling throughout California officiating high school wrestling. Additionally, Randy is an active member of the Rotary Club of San Francisco, further cementing his passion for community service.
