Prior to becoming a business intermediary, Randy spent seven years on Wall Street as a financial analyst, where he researched and valued companies with market capitalizations ranging from $100 million to $1 billion+. His expertise extends to assessing business models, growth strategies, valuation methodologies, and other critical factors that impact a successful M&A transaction. He is a published author and a proud member of some of the most prominent industry associations such as the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the Council of Business Advisors, and ProVisors.
When Randy is not working, he indulges in his love for running and has completed over fifteen races. As a former All-American wrestler, Randy can be found travelling throughout California officiating high school wrestling. Additionally, Randy is an active member of the Rotary Club of San Francisco, further cementing his passion for community service.
