Randy Grow

Randy Grow is a data analytics and strategy leader at Meta, currently serving as a Data Scientist on the Facebook Creators team. Previously, he held the position of Data Science Manager for Videos at Meta's Watch tab. Prior to this, Randy was the Head of Business Intelligence at Xchange Leasing, an Uber subsidiary that leased cars to drivers in the U.S. Randy excels in using data analysis to drive product strategy and establishing metrics, goals, and measurement methods to monitor product and team performance. His diverse professional background includes roles in cleantech startups, strategy consulting, and academia with a Ph.D. in Applied Physics.

Randy Grow's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Stanford University, a B.A. in Physics with a Minor in German from Colorado College, and his high school education at Green Mountain High School.
