Randy Clemens is an award-winning author and freelance writer based in Manchester, NH, with a focus on Sriracha, craft beer, and vegetarian/vegan recipe development.
A graduate of the California School of Culinary Arts and a BJCP Recognized Beer Judge, Randy is the author of The Sriracha Cookbook, The Veggie-Lover's Sriracha Cookbook, and co-author of The Craft of Stone Brewing Co.
His work has been featured in publications such as Gourmet, Saveur, Wine Enthusiast, and more.
Randy Clemens has a background in event production and has organized the L.A. Sriracha Festival, curated pop-up dinners, and collaborated with chefs on cooking classes and beer pairing menus.
Originally from Los Angeles, Randy moved to New Hampshire in 2015 to participate in the Free State Project.
