Randy Bullard

Randy Bullard is an accomplished entrepreneur and experienced leader in technology and finance industries. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, an Undergraduate Degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Graduate Degree in Business from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Randy has a successful track record of leading and growing businesses, having held various leadership positions throughout his career. He is currently the Global Head of Wealth at Charles River Development, where he oversees the development and implementation of investment management solutions for financial clients worldwide. Prior to this, Randy was the General Manager of Wealth Management at SigFig, Managing Director at NorthCoast Asset Management, and the President of ETF Solution Group. He also co-founded and served as CEO/President at both Placemark Investments and InteractiveFunds, where he provided software engineering and entrepreneurial expertise. Additionally, Randy has consulted for Kearney and SHL Systemhouse (now Hewlett Packard), where he applied his technical knowledge to various projects.
