Randy Appiah

Randy Appiah is a seasoned professional in operations and supply chain, dedicated to simplifying processes. With a passion for driving industrial companies towards operational excellence, Randy is a results-oriented expert in operational excellence, business improvement, cultural change, coaching, and strategy deployment. His international experience spans countries like South Korea, Vietnam, Germany, and Belgium across industries such as automotive, chemistry, food, and steel. Randy's ultimate goal is to enhance people's daily work experiences. Randy's educational background includes studying Mechanical Engineering and business at Zuyd Hogeschool (Zuyd University of Applied Sciences) and Diplom Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing), Mechanical Engineering, and business at Fachhochschule Aachen. In terms of organizations, he is the Founder and co-CEO of EZ Factory, and previously founded and owned Improvo. Randy has held various roles at FrieslandCampina, including Continuous Improvement Manager at the business group and factory levels, as well as Maintenance Engineer. He also worked on projects at Robert Bosch Korea and gained internship experience at Robert Bosch and Agora Laserapplications, while being a student at HS Zuyd.
