Randolph Reliford

Randolph Reliford is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the legal and career development fields. He holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance and International Business from Penn State University. Prior to his current role as the Director of Program Strategy & Racial Equity at ServiceNow, Randolph has held various leadership positions in academic institutions and law schools. His previous roles include serving as the Assistant Dean for Career Planning and Professional Development at Florida A&M University College of Law, Assistant Dean for Career Development at Penn State Law, and Assistant Dean of Career Development and Employer Outreach at Whittier Law School.
