A native of the Northwest, she holds a Business Administration degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Portland, graduating with top honors. Randi began her career at Arthur Andersen in Portland, Oregon, where she obtained her CPA within their audit practice. With a background in finance and business development, she transitioned to Sales at Pfizer before venturing into recruiting for a national search firm. In 2008, she established the Copia Group to offer a personalized approach to recruitment, emphasizing long-term relationships for long-term hiring success. Randi prides herself on the group's ethical practices and dedication to integrity. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, traveling, and playing golf.
