Randi Goldman, MBA, is a seasoned professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and technology innovation.

With over a decade of experience in recruiting and a focus on enhancing the recruitment process through technology, Randi excels in analyzing and improving how companies attract, assess, and onboard talent.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA in Consulting and Leadership, Marketing from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Innovation at Stryker, Randi has previously held managerial roles at Accenture, Lockheed Martin, and Northwestern Mutual.

In her current role, Randi explores ways to streamline the candidate experience and enhance recruiter efficiency by leveraging technology and fostering strong relationships.

Outside of work, Randi enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and exploring new adventures with her loyal companion, Eddie the dog.
