Randall Weiss is an entrepreneurial, high-energy Sales and Marketing Strategist with a strong track record of performance in the food industry. He has a history of success launching and expanding food lines at regional and national levels, promoting growth through sales initiatives, and building top-performing sales teams.2
Weiss co-founded Bakery On Main, a gluten-free granola company, and served as Director of Sales, Marketing and Operations at NPI Ventures, where he reorganized Sweet Jubilee Gourmet and reversed its downward sales trend.2 He developed new product opportunities, transitioned the product line to all-natural, kosher and non-GMO, and achieved acceptance by mainstream distribution channels by initiating a transition to 'grocery-suitable' packaging.2
Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Weiss held various roles in the tax and economic policy field, including serving as a Tax and Economic Development Policy Consultant, Managing Director of Economic Research at The Conference Board, and Chief Economist & Senior Vice President at Deloitte.1 He also worked for the U.S. Congress Joint Committee on Taxation and as an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Maryland.1
