Randall R. Edwards is a retired individual who served as the Oklahoma Sheriff and Special Deputy U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Oklahoma. Apart from his law enforcement background, he is also a rancher and businessman.

He oversaw the daily operations of the Canadian County Sheriff's Office and Jail, ensuring the safety and well-being of over 135,000 citizens across the vast area of 930 square miles comprising Canadian County.
Under his leadership, the Canadian County Sheriff's Office and Jail, consisting of fifteen different divisions and employing 136 full-time staff and reserve personnel, had an annual operating budget of approximately $7.5 million.
Randall R. Edwards pursued his education at various prestigious institutions including the National Sheriff's Academy, Oklahoma Cleet Academy, Oklahoma Sheriff's Academy, and University of Central Oklahoma.
He was associated with the Canadian County Sheriff's Office in the capacity of Sheriff.
