Dr. Randa Grob is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in the fields of education, neuroscience, and strategic consulting.

She holds an MD & PhD in Neuroscience from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a B.A. in Biology from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Dr. Grob currently serves as the CEO and Founding Partner at Insights for Education, a role that reflects her profound dedication to education and its transformative power.

Her impressive career includes key positions such as Former Board Member and Chair of the Strategy Committee at Global Partnership for Education and Education Board Member at Porticus, where she was the Former Global Head of Education.

Dr. Grob's contributions extend to prestigious institutions and organizations, having served as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Universal Education at The Brookings Institution.

She has also been actively involved in shaping global education agendas, as seen in her role in the OECD Education 2030 High Level Steering Group at OECD - OCDE.

With a strong commitment to philanthropy, Dr. Grob has held leadership positions such as CEO at the LEGO Foundation and as a member of the Advisory Board at LEGO Education at the LEGO Group.
