◆ Led global team of program managers to ensure customer requirements are met on time and with highest quality. Coach and mentor team members to build the next generation of leaders for HERE Technologies.
◆ Post-contract, served as lead customer program manager ensuring that all contract requirements are delivered on time and on budget. Also, work with Sales to further develop account by serving as "Voice of Customer" to drive Roadmap for new platform services and product features.
◆ Provided product insight to innovate across multiple, global product teams
◆ Served as partner to Sales and Business Development in supporting pre-sales activities including product presentations, business model development, solutions architecture, licensing and contract preparations.

As part of Yahoo!’s alliance with Nokia, provided program management, business development and product leadership to integrate Nokia/Navteq technologies into new Yahoo! Maps service. 

◆ Quickly grasped Maps domain, led Scrum-based Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process with teams in USA, Europe and India to develop new middleware and support integration across 40+ Yahoo! Applications.

Software Consultant

Served as right-hand to CEO leading all engineering and operations responsibilities including transforming software prototype into fully-hardened and production-grade encrypted email web application; building out and operating a secure data-center; establishing design and development processes; and recruiting and managing technical talent.

ScramblerMail was a web-based e-mail service like Gmail and Hotmail, but that encrypts e-mails and attachments. Our features are targeted towards small businesses and individuals who handle confidential information for business and personal use.

VP, Engineering & Operations

International postal, shipping and logistics company with $1B in annual revenues. Served as VP, R&D and Officer for Mailroom Technology, Inc. division of Neopost SA, recruiting and leading team of 45+ personnel, including engineers and program managers.

◆ Led integration efforts of product lines increasing revenues by more than $50M. Increased patent filings by 80 new applications of which I personally filed six.
◆ Rebuilt relationship with USPS resulting in approval times being reduced by two to nine months saving millions in lost revenue.
◆ Recruited talented and multi-discipled teams with expertise in project management, business analysis, architecture, coding, and QA testing. Grew staff from 12 to 45 in just two years. Formalized development processes including V-Model, Agile, and RUP. Established competencies in VC/C++/C#, VB, JAVA(J2EE), Oracle, HTML, XML, Javascript, VBScript, TCP/IP, cryptography plus numerous tools including, Visual Studio, Eclipse, PVCS, CVS, and Dimensions.  Managed four to five projects with annual budget of $7.5M per year. Contributed to revenues exceeding $400M per year.

Neopost

Vice President, R&D

Led corporate-wide initiative to build new encryption and digital signature based postal payment system to save tax payers >$200M in postage fraud.

◆ Resuscitated product portfolio and created a product roadmap upon discovering company was 3yrs behind competition. Showed struggling engineers the path forward to bring new USPS specs into fresh products. Within first 100 days, developed new-domain expertise, formed collaborative partnerships with USPS, and prepared product roadmaps. Assembled and managed engineering teams. Overcame Swiss/US cultural differences. 
◆ Elevated AHMS’ stock in the eyes of the USPS by not only successfully passing comprehensive USPS product approvals, but also by receiving accolades from its Chief Inspector as the most secure postal infrastructure and crypto-module in its class, vaulting competition. This alone contributed to Neopost acquiring AHMS at a $100M premium.
