Ran Wei is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship. She studied International Economics and Trade at the prestigious School of International Studies at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. She also completed her MBA in Finance at Tsinghua University's PBC School of Finance and Haas Business School at the University of California, Berkeley.

Ran has held various senior leadership positions, including Chief Marketing Officer of XINYUAN Tech & UPRETS at Xinyuan Real Estate, Director of Research & Pandaq at 8 Decimal Capital, and Investment Manager at Yin He Capital. She is currently CMO at UPRETS, where she oversees the company's marketing strategy.

Ran is also an accomplished columnist, having written for Huobi Global, and has served as a cultural ambassador for AFS Intercultural Programs. She was also a partner at 706青年空间（706 youthspace） and worked as a researcher for Chongqing Business School.
