    Ran Oz is a well-established serial entrepreneur with an impressive track record. He has founded a total of 6 companies and has successfully led 3 IPOs and 2 M&As. Additionally, his innovative contributions have been recognized with 2 Tech Emmy Awards. With over 50 registered issued patents, Ran Oz has made substantial impact in the tech industry over the years.

    Ran Oz began his entrepreneurial journey in 1989 when he co-founded Optibase, which later went public with an IPO on NASDAQ. In 1992, he co-founded VCON, leading to another successful IPO in Europe. Subsequent ventures include Peach Networks, which was acquired by Microsoft for $80M, BigBand Networks with $200M in annual sales by 2006 and an IPO on NASDAQ worth $750M in 2007, along with Wochit in 2012 where he raised $30M. His most recent venture is CommonGround, founded in 2020.

    In terms of education, Ran Oz holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

    Throughout his career, Ran Oz has been involved in several key organizations. He is currently serving as the Co-Founder and CTO at CommonGround-AI. Previously, he held roles such as Co-founder and Board Member at Wochit Inc., CTO, EVP & Co-founder, and Board Member at BigBand Networks, Co-Founder at Peach Networks (which was later acquired by Microsoft), and worked as a Project Officer in Real-Time Imagery Interpretation Systems at Israeli Military Intelligence. Moreover, he co-founded Optibase Inc. and VCON in the early stages of his career.
