Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Target in India, she leads various areas including employment branding, team member engagement, risk & reputation, and culture change for a large team. Ramya's role as Chief of Staff to the President at Target in India involved facilitating effective collaboration and implementing new ways of working to drive the organization's priorities.
During her tenure at KPMG, Ramya led the deployment of strategic initiatives to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency globally. With expertise in Strategy and Program Management, she managed diverse assignments across continents, specializing in Strategy, Operations, Process advisory, and Project Management. Additionally, she spearheaded diversity programs and implemented new ways of working for practitioners in multiple firms.
In her role at Britannia Industries Limited, Ramya was responsible for corporate strategy, external business development, management advisory, and driving key business priorities for the Managing Director. She holds a rich educational background with degrees from institutions like The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Bangalore University. Outside of work, Ramya is a sports enthusiast, representing India as a swimmer in international tournaments across Asia.
