•Responsible for issuing inventory parts to Senior Flexonics staff from Fastenal Crib. 
•Accountable for restocking the vending machines with Customer Managed Inventory in 10 different zones of the plant.

•Process daily withdrawals deposits, money transfers, and issuing retail checks.
•Provide customers with information on different products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificate of Deposit “CD’s”.
•Responsible for maintaining daily sales goals, and providing feedback on accounts to upper management.
•Balance daily transactions and record any over and under balance differences.
•Perform up to 50 transactions a day.
•Cross sell and upsell products according to customer’s financial needs.
•Establish long-standing relationships with frequent customers and provided irate customers with empathy and appropriate resolution to their concerns.
