Ramon Sanchez

Ramon Sanchez is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in sustainable technologies, health, and corporate outreach. Currently, he holds key positions at the Center for Health and the Global Environment at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

His expertise includes research on environmental, economic, and health effects of various technologies such as bio-fuels, renewable energies, and climate change preparedness. He specializes in assessing vulnerability of infrastructure and health systems at local levels.

With a strong foundation in engineering and environmental health, Ramon has a wealth of experience in new product development, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement projects. He has served as a Corporate Engineering Manager and a Forward Products Engineer, focusing on integrating new technologies into automotive designs and developing innovative manufacturing systems.

As an instructor at the Harvard Division for Continuing Education, Ramon teaches courses on sustainable business, technology, product design, and energy and the environment. His professional roles have included Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, Student Government President, Assistant Director in Sustainability and Environmental Management Program, Engineering Manager at Douglas Furniture of California LLC, and Forward Products Lead Engineer at Delphi Automotive Systems.
