Rami Jubran is a business leader with a wealth of experience in retail, eCommerce, and management. He is a skilled people manager, known for his innovative thought leadership and expertise in sales and operations planning (S&OP). Rami is passionate about building and leading dynamic teams in challenging business environments. He holds an MBA from Concordia University-St. Paul, and a BS in Molecular Biology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
Over the course of his career, Rami has held multiple senior management positions in a range of organizations, including DRINKS, Curie PRIMA, and The Honest Company. He has also worked as a merchandise planning manager at Target, and has interned at the International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC).
Today, Rami stays active in the business community by co-hosting the Workplace Hugs podcast, a show focused on creating a more positive work culture in America. Through his work on the podcast, Rami shares his experience and insights with other business leaders looking to drive success in their workplaces.
