Rami Baassiri

Rami Baassiri is a highly skilled professional with an excellent track record in operations and logistics management. He has a deep passion for history, politics, language, and people. With a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the American University of Beirut, and an exchange program at the University of California, Berkeley, Rami has developed a wide-ranging knowledge of global business practices. He started his career as a Trainee at Deloitte and later worked as a Financial Analyst at AUBMC before joining the Next Generation Graduate Program at National Oilwell Varco. Rami has held various roles at Uber, including Operations Coordinator, Operations and Logistics Manager, and Senior Operations Manager in the Middle East. He was instrumental in launching and expanding Uber's operations in the MEA region. Before his stint at Uber, Rami worked as a Summer Analyst at BLOM BANK s.a.l. Currently, Rami is working with a stealth startup as Head of Launch and Expansion - MEA.
