Ramesh Pidikiti is a veteran engineering leader with 20+ years of experience in software engineering. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the development and launch of a myriad of startup ideas in various industries. With his in-depth knowledge of supply chain management, corporate governance, enterprise social platforms, mobile game rewards, influencer markets, and content & user analytics, Pidikiti has become an industry icon. As the current Sr. Director of Engineering at Proofpoint, he oversees Front-End, Backend, Data engineering, and Dev Ops teams, ensuring they deliver top-notch engineering solutions. Additionally, he is also an advisory board member of Averq, a cloud-based financial audit company. Pidikiti has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from National Institute Of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. He also studied at Zpp Boys High School, Kandukur. In his spare time, Pidikiti codes, primarily in Java, Scala, JavaScript, and Python, and enjoys mentoring young software engineers.
