Raluca Vartic

Raluca Vartic discovered her passion for programming in her teens, finding joy in solving problems through writing code.

Transitioning from a hobby to a career, she excelled in leading teams, managing projects, and donning various roles like product owner and scrum master.

After a successful stint in project management, Raluca pivoted back to technical roles with a focus on test automation.

Currently, she advocates for test automation as a means to increase team and stakeholder satisfaction by catching mistakes early and ensuring high-quality releases.

Raluca is dedicated to helping teams implement effective test automation practices tailored to their specific project needs, consistently seeking to improve processes and debunk automation myths.

Her educational background includes a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.

Raluca Vartic has held various positions at Macadamian, including Director of Engineering, Engineering Director, Engineering Manager, Senior Test Automation Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, Project Manager, Senior Software Developer, and Software Developer.

She also served as a Junior Lecturer at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.
