Ralph Muehleisen is a prominent figure at Argonne National Laboratory where he plays a pivotal role in team development and spearheads research initiatives focused on enhancing energy efficiency, resilience, and sustainability in the built environment.

With a robust educational background, Ralph holds a Ph.D. in Acoustics from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Currently serving as the Chief Building Scientist and Buildings & Environment Group Leader at Argonne National Laboratory, Ralph Muehleisen is actively participating in shaping the future of infrastructure development and envisioning alternative prospects for global sustainability.
