Outstanding in the Field travels the country setting our long table on farms, fields, vineyards, orchards, and ranches working to celebrate farmers and chefs who source directly from farms. A roving culinary adventure, literally a restaurant without walls, OITF sets up a magically long table, where strangers gather and leave as friends. Since 1999 Outstanding in the Field has organized more than 600 events, made twelve coast-to-coast tours of North America, visited all 50 of the United States and set our long table in 14 countries. Raleigh Coordinated national tour of pop-up gourmet dining events in unique locations, 88 events in 40 states– scheduled vendors, hired and managed temporary staff; Communicated and maintained relationships with all parties involved: Michelin Star chefs, producers, farmers, other vendors;Managed tour and tour crew, oversaw team’s day to day duties, and delegated tasks during set-up, service and break down; andBooked all accommodations and tour route.

Peter Benchley Ocean Awards is the legacy of the late author of "Jaws,"​ carried on by Wendy Benchley, awarding good stewards of the ocean conservation. Raleigh was instrumental in helping the organization distribute the first year of the annual honoree awards.Raleigh acted as Wendy's right hand, translating the goals of the organization to tactical communications and events. Tasks performed included financial management, event creation and logistics, communications, and subcontractor management. Managed all event planning and logistics for policy lobbying and fundraising: which included venue selection, contract execution, overnight lodging needs, travel plans, registration, vendor contracts, catering selection, Audio/ Visual assessment and execution, logistical communication, and some publicity – contributed to launch of first annual Peter Benchley Ocean Awards in 2013 awarding President of Senegal, Macky Sall, Senator Ed Markey and others; Managed specific projects, professional scheduling, regular correspondence, and philanthropic endeavors;Managed financial affairs: commercial invoicing, portions of tax requirements, philanthropic write-offs, subcontractor management, home investment projects and regular management of bookkeeping (monthly bills, paying other employees, charitable giving, etc.); and Maintained relationship network through events and correspondence, branding, and supporting weeklong publicity attractions (i.e. Jaws Fest on Martha’s Vineyard with 300 attendees)
