Holding an MBA, she has a deep understanding of business requirements and excels at adapting to dynamic product decisions. Raksha is proficient in working within diverse team sizes and locations, from pair programming teams to large cross-functional teams.

Her communication skills are exemplary, as evidenced by completing the 'Competent Communicator certificate' at Toastmasters International. She is a vocal supporter of women in technology and actively participates in various organizations such as Women Techmakers and Women Who Code.

Raksha's expertise lies in RESTful API design, microservice implementation using Java and JavaScript, database schema design and implementation with SQL and NoSQL technologies, and familiarity with Amazon Web Services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and SNS.
