He has been a key advisor to leading innovators like Databricks, Skyryse, GoPro, Twitter, and Venmo, assisting them in establishing strong IP foundations for long-term success.

As the Chair of Fenwick's Intellectual Property practice, Rajiv remains actively involved in the IP community, serving in advisory roles at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and the South Asian Bar Association.
