Rajiv Malhotra

Rajiv Malhotra is an accomplished business leader with a wealth of expertise in financial and accounting management, digital strategies, and client experience. He is a graduate of Delhi University and has studied accounting and finance at both The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India. He has also completed the Digital Strategies for Business program at Columbia Business School, where he achieved a 99.53% grade.

Malhotra has held a range of senior roles throughout his career, including Managing Director and Client Experience Lead at Accenture, Head of Transformation, Transition, Digital, and Solution function for General Electric at Genpact, and Vice President and Head of The India Global Service Centre at Inter Continental Hotels Group (IHG).

At Genpact, Malhotra was Global Solution Leader and Vice President of Global F&A Operations. He has also worked at Reuters India Private Limited as a Service Delivery Leader and at Agilent Technologies in a similar capacity. Additionally, he served as the Financial Controller at HCL Comnet, the Manager at Foremost Factors Pvt Ltd, the Assistant Manager at Alpic Finance, and the Junior Manager at Steel Authority of India Limited.
