Rajesh Mallavajula is a highly accomplished chemical engineer with a PhD from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. With expertise in molecular simulations, continuum fluid models, finite element analysis, fluid dynamics, polymer physics, formulations, and rheology, he possesses exceptional skills in business research, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and complex fluid modeling.

Throughout his career, Rajesh has gained extensive professional experience in project management, new product development, leadership and collaborative relationships, R&D lab supervision, as well as HSE management. His proven interpersonal skills have helped him interact productively with different departments, motivate team members, and achieve results seamlessly.

At present, he is Senior R&D Engineer at LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway Company, and was formerly an Associate R&D Engineer at the same company. Before that, he was an Analyst at Grail Insights and an Intern at ETH Zurich.
