Rajesh Agarwal

Rajesh Agarwal, a highly motivated and experienced engineering leader, has worked in fast-paced and execution-focused environments, building and growing teams at hyper-growth companies. He brings deep hands-on experience in Java and Oracle, along with expertise in leadership, engineering, people and technology management, software delivery, code quality improvement, delivery process development, and distributed systems. Agarwal is a graduate of Stanford University's Product Management program, Udacity's How to Build a Startup and Introduction to Machine Learning courses, and Bangalore University's Bachelor of Engineering program, with distinction. He has held leadership positions in various organizations, including his current role as VP and Head of Engineering at Syncro, as well as his previous position as Head of Engineering at RaiseMe. Prior to that, he co-founded YoCarma and held leadership positions at AT&T. Outside of work, Agarwal has been involved in Toastmasters International, serving as Area Governor for District 57 and President of the Afternoon Tele-talkers Club. He is a technology enthusiast who enjoys constantly learning new technologies and skills.
