Rajaji Selvaraju is an accomplished executive leader with over two decades of experience in technology, consulting, and IT/ITES industries. He has demonstrated expertise in managing business portfolios, cross-functional teams, and P&L accountability. Throughout his career, Rajaji has excelled at building teams and expanding organizational capabilities. He has worked for leading global firms, including Tata Communications, IBM India Pvt Ltd, and Ness Technologies, holding various strategic leadership roles.

Rajaji has a proven track record of success in program and portfolio management, pre-sales and business development, account/delivery management, project and product management, and offshore/outsourcing operations. He is well-versed in strategic planning, financial management, and equity valuation and research. Rajaji received a diploma in engineering, electrical, and electronics engineering from Elumalai Polytechnic. He also received a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Madras. Furthermore, he has completed his executive business management studies from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
