Raja Al Mazrouei

Raja Al Mazrouei is a visionary leader in finance and technology with over a decade of experience in the financial services sector. She is renowned for her entrepreneurial spirit, expertise in Marketing & Communications, and her role in developing a thriving ecosystem for financial technology entrepreneurs in Dubai.

Throughout her career, Raja has held senior positions in IT, Operations, and Marketing teams at prestigious organizations like Dubai Holding, the National Bonds Corporation, and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Authority, which have greatly influenced her leadership style.

Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of FinTech Hive, Raja is at the forefront of the region's successful financial technology hub, fostering a dynamic community of over 200 FinTech, RegTech, and InsurTech firms. She plays a pivotal role in bringing together financial institutions, government entities, technology partners, and entrepreneurs to drive the UAE's national innovation agenda and shape the future of financial services.

Raja is a Harvard Business School (HBS) executive graduate, a member of the HBS MENA and Central Asia Advisory Board, and Vice President of the HBS Club for the GCC.
