Raj Sridharan is a construction management professional with extensive experience in large-scale industrial projects. He has managed construction for the sections B, C, A, F and G at the Gigafactory 1, where he ensured on-time and in-budget delivery of aggressive construction deadlines to accelerate the transition to sustainable transportation. Sridharan's specialties include BIM coordination, MEP/FP and I&C trade management, cost and budget forecasting/analysis, scheduling, and contract administration. His background also includes experience in data center engineering and estimation, as well as expertise in writing scopes of work, critical relationship management, and pioneering innovative construction techniques. Sridharan holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli and an MS in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
