Rainer Karan

Rainer Karan holds a degree in Mechatronic with a specialization in Automation and Mechanics from Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria.

He has completed an Executive Development Program at IMD in Business Programs and also pursued studies at the University of California Los Angeles.

With extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, Rainer has held key positions in various organizations. He served as the Vice President for South Europe & Turkey at Vestas and held several other Vice President roles within the same organization.

Prior to his tenure at Vestas, Rainer Karan was the General Manager for Vestas Italy, Greece & Middle East, and also served in executive positions at Siemens and VA Tech Group.

Additionally, he has been involved in the Board of Directors at C&C Uno Energy Srl. / C&C Due Energy Srl.

His professional expertise spans strategic account management, sales, marketing, and business unit management within the energy and environmental technology sectors.
