Rainer Gerke

Rainer Gerke is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background. He holds a Doctor philosophiae, Dr. phil. from Universität Erfurt, with additional studies in Tele Coach of Business Projects from the University of Paderborn, Business Manager for Craft Businesses from the Chamber of Crafts in Erfurt, Master Craftsmen in Road Construction from the Chamber of Crafts in Erfurt, and a Diplom-Ingenieur-Pädagoge Fachrichtung Bauwesen (Master of Science in Civil Engineering and Vocation) from Technische Universität Dresden.

In his professional journey, Rainer has held prominent positions in various organizations, showcasing his expertise and leadership skills. He has served as the Team Leader TVET at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, alongside PEM and Integration. Prior to this, he worked as a TVET Expert at the same organization. Rainer has also contributed his skills as a Team Leader and Upskilling expert at UNESCO in collaboration with Cadena and indeson, and as a Senior Curriculum Developer TVET at UNESCO Iraq. His experience includes roles such as TVET Expert, Curriculum Developer, and Teacher Trainer at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, working with PEM and Integration. Additionally, he has shared his knowledge as a Lecturer at ttc riyadh.
