Raí Vitor is a passionate software developer with extensive experience in a multitude of fields including education, healthcare, and e-commerce. He has worked with legal data for Rio Grande do Norte, developed an e-commerce platform for Natura, and led a startup that was accelerated by Facebook. Raí has also led teams and projects, utilizing agile methodologies to ensure the best possible value for clients. His interest in entrepreneurship and innovation has led him to actively participate in the Jerimum Valley and LEP communities, where he regularly organizes events, speaks as a guest, and provides mentorship. Raí holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of São Paulo, a Bachelor's in Information Technology and Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, and has studied Computing Engineering as well. Prior to his current position as a Tech Lead at Objective, Raí has worked at Anestech, Asksuite Hotel Chatbot, Cloudiabot, Taller Negócios Digitais, Tribunal de Justiça do Rio Grande do Norte, and Institulo Metrópole Digital. He also has experience as a scientific researcher, interned at Dynavideo, and worked as a course monitor at the Institulo Metrópole Digital.
