Rahul Sharma is a dedicated professional with over 30 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), leadership, and emotional intelligence.

He is the founder of Strategic Inclusion Consulting LLC, a company focused on creating inclusive environments by designing and implementing systemic solutions.

Rahul is a licensed psychologist, DEI consultant, coach, and trainer, as well as a Certified EQi-2.0 & EQ360 coach.

In addition to his work in DEI, leadership, and growth strategies, Rahul is also known for his musical endeavors as the founder, bassist, and sitarist of the diverse band Funkadesi, blending various musical influences into their unique sound.

His professional background includes experiences as an Associate Professor in Clinical Psychology, Director at the University of Chicago's Resources for Sexual Violence Prevention, and Chair on the Executive Committee at DoSAA (Division on South Asian Americans).
